Refund Policy

General Policy

We Code Consultants is committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided for our consulting services.

Service-Based Refunds

Given the nature of consulting services, refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on:

  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon deliverables
  • Material breach of service agreement by WeCode Consultants
  • Cancellation within specified notice periods
  • Mutually agreed termination terms

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund:

  • Pre-project cancellation: Full refund if cancelled before work begins
  • Early termination: Prorated refund for undelivered work
  • Service failure: Refund if we fail to meet documented commitments
  • Duplicate payments: Full refund of overpayments

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Work completed as per agreement
  • Client dissatisfaction with delivered results that meet specifications
  • Changes in client business circumstances
  • Failure to implement recommendations
  • Expenses already incurred on client’s behalf

Refund Process

Step 1: Request Submission

Submit refund requests to info@wecodeconsultants.com including:

  • Project reference number
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Supporting documentation
  • Preferred refund method

Step 2: Review Process

  • Initial review within 5 business days
  • Investigation and documentation review
  • Client communication and clarification
  • Decision notification within 15 business days

Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Confirmation sent upon completion

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered for:

  • Projects terminated mid-engagement
  • Scope reduction by mutual agreement
  • Service delivery issues affecting project value
  • Timeline delays caused by WeCode Consultants

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our senior management team. We encourage good-faith discussion to resolve any concerns about service delivery or billing.

Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events preventing service delivery, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis with fair consideration for both parties.

Long-term Engagements

For multi-phase or retainer-based engagements, refund terms may be specified in individual service agreements and will take precedence over this general policy.

Timeframe for Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within:

  • 30 days for project-based engagements
  • 60 days for long-term consulting arrangements
  • 90 days for annual retainer agreements

Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Existing projects will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of agreement.
